Al Salter Photography, Inc. was started in Detroit in 1945, incorporated in 1966 and now operates under the leadership of Tom Salter. Clients are located mainly in S.E. Michigan but photographers travel to client's location throughout the county.

WORKING IN DIGITAL format is now the norm, with E-mail, manipulation, scanning, and photo CDs a daily routine. Traditional film technology is still available in 35 mm through 4 X 5 formats.
